ALKANNOLI LDA SECURED €4.5 MILLION GRANT UNDER PORTUGAL’S PT2030 PROGRAM Alkannoli LDA, Kannoli Pharma, has been awarded a non-repayable grant of €4.5
million under Portugal’s PT2030 program, an EU-backed initiative designed to
promote innovation, sustainability, and industrial development across Portugal. The approved application includes
a non-repayable incentive of €4,525,424.04 and an eligible investment of
€11,313,560.09, supporting the development of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical
and biotechnology production facility. About
PT2030 Portugal 2030 (PT2030) is the
Partnership Agreement between Portugal and the European Commission for
2021–2027, defining the strategic objectives and allocation of EU funds to
support national development. With a total budget of approximately €23 billion,
PT2030 is one of the most significant funding programs in Portugal’s history. The Alkannoli LDA Kannoli Pharma
initiative represents a landmark project within PT2030, showcasing innovation,
sustainable development, and excellence in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
sector.

ULAANBAATAR’S WATER SUPPLY: WASTEWATER CONSULTING PROJECT KICKS OFF MEETING Under the Millennium Challenge Compact II Agreement between the Government of Mongolia and the United States Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the Millennium Challenge Account – Mongolia (MCA-Mongolia) is implementing the “Program to improve the Water Supply of Ulaanbaatar City.” As an important component of this program, “the Consulting Services for the Development of Legal, Regulatory and Tariff Framework for Use of Reclaimed Wastewater project” implemented under the Wastewater Recycling Activity, was awarded to a partnership of EUROKHAN LLC, Espelia, and Seureca (France). The project’s kick-off meeting was successfully held on September 19, 2025. The meeting was opened by Enkhgerel Enkhtuvshin Chief Executive Officer of MCA-Mongolia, and Mendsaikhan Dashjil, Director of the Wastewater Recycling Activity. Representatives from MCA-Mongolia, relevant ministries, agencies, and professional organizations participated, exchanging views on legal challenges and tariff-related issues. Our consulting team presented the detailed project plan, conducted an open discussion, and gathered valuable feedback from the participants, marking an important step toward the successful implementation of the project.

CHULUUT-NEW SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLS ADVANCED BALL MILL, DOUBLING PRODUCTION
CAPACITY Chuluut-New is pleased to
announce the successful installation of a new state-of-the-art ball mill at its
Chuluut Fluorspar mine site. With this significant upgrade, the mine’s ore
processing capacity has doubled, increasing daily output from 100 tons to 200
tons. This milestone represents a major
step forward in operational efficiency and sustainable growth. The company is

September 11, 2025, We successfully participated in the MiningWeek &
MinePro 2025 international mining exhibition and conference, held at the
foothills of Taij Mountain in Nalaikh District, Ulaanbaatar.
The
event was organized under the theme, “A New Era in the Mining Sector:
Responsible Mining,” aiming to support the development of the mining industry
in a responsible and sustainable manner.
Our
team engaged with other industry companies and investors during the exhibition
and will continue to actively support collaboration and investment
opportunities in the sector.
We

Shanghai Branch Sales Manager Mr. Yuuto Ishizuka—to Mongolia. Together, we
participated in the Mining Pro 2025 exhibition, a leading industry event
showcasing the latest technologies and innovations in the mining sector. During
the visit, in addition to attending the event, we engaged in in-depth
discussions on potential collaboration opportunities, sharing insights on
market trends, technology exchange, and strategies for mutual growth. A verbal
