We had the pleasure of participating in the Mine Pro & Mining Week, the largest expo in the mining industry, held from October 2 to October 4, 2024. This event provided a unique platform to explore the balance between traditional practices and innovative solutions in mining equipment manufacturing and supply.
The expo emphasized sustainability, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence, showcasing highlights from various suppliers in the mining sector. Our discussions centered on how to effectively integrate time-honored methods with modern advancements to foster sustainable growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Additionally, the event addressed the evolving landscape of mining supply chain financing. We engaged with industry leaders to gain insights into financial strategies that blend traditional methods with new approaches, such as project financing and investment deal structuring, tailored specifically for the mining sector.

PARTNERSHIP VISIT HIGHLIGHTS
We are excited to share that Mr. Ruediger Paetzold, Executive Director at Plath Singapore Pte Ltd, visited Mongolia from October 7 to 11. During his visit, he engaged in an internal seminar with our team at EK, strengthened client relationships, and provided training sessions for the Eurokhan team. the tender of “Supply of train bearings to the Ulaanbaatar Railway
Mongolian-Russian Joint Venture Company. We will be signing the contract in

On October 21, 2024, Dr. Oliver Schnorr, CEO of EK
co-chaired the EuroChamber’s Sustainability and Energy Working Group’s monthly
meeting. This session featured insightful presentations from industry leaders,
including Ms. Aldarsaikhan Tuvshinbat, Executive Director of the Oyu Tolgoi
Catalyst Fund, who discussed “Catalyzing Khanbogd Soum's Development: Exploring
Sustainable Solutions,” and Mr. Steve Potter, Director of Taskonir Trading LLC,
who addressed “Economic Diversification: The Role of Agriculture.”
Dr. Oliver Schnorr, known for his commitment to

Gerelsaikhan, Head of the Properties Department at Erel Group, to guide this

On October 24, 2024, our CEO, Dr. Oliver Schnorr, participated American Chamber of Commerce in Mongolia’s meeting titled “Advancing Mongolia's Energy Transition.”
The discussion
focused on the ongoing policy dialogue regarding the government's energy reform
agenda, highlighting its milestones, expected outcomes, opportunities, and
challenges. This meeting aims to support efforts to advance Mongolia's energy
transition, explore the potential of the renewable energy sector, and examine
global trends, best practices, and lessons learned in energy transition
initiatives.
